Dimitris supervises operations of Atria Property Services, CBRE affiliate in northern Greece, relating to Agency, Retail, Capital Markets, Corporate Real Estate, Development Advice and Property Advisory Services. Together with the Atria Thessaloniki team, they are supporting local, domestic and international client requirements regionally. He has over 27 years of experience in the Greek real estate and has acted on numerous capital and lease transactions, advisory projects in Northern Greece, especially in the Thessaloniki region. Among them stand out the letting and sale of ownerships in the “Limani Center” office complex, the letting of over 50 units in “Mediterranean Cosmos” shopping centre, and of Attica dept stores building on Tsimiski Street. Completed over 100 medium-large scale retail, office, and industrial-logistics transactions, and provided advisory services to large domestic and foreign organizations, banks, funds, retailers, etc. (such as the Thessaloniki Port Authority, Helexpo-TIF, Technopolis Thessaloniki, ThessIntec, Inditex Group, LVMH, etc.). Between 2021-2024, Atria Thessaloniki team advised several AAA international covenants for the leases of over 15,000 sqm of office space in Thessaloniki. Before joining Atria, Dimitris worked in the automotive and quick service restaurant sectors - Toyota Hellas SA, UNET SA and completed the Mc Donald’s franchise training program.
