Chris is a Director, Head of Corporate Advisory Services at Colliers Greece. He is an experienced MRICS Chartered Surveyor and brings to the firm substantial professional expertise in real estate commercial and corporate advisory. He is also experienced in aspects of corporate real estate occupation liaising directly with corporates, landlords and investors. 

Chris is responsible for the provision of commercial advisory and agency services to large corporate clients in relation to their occupied and owned real estate portfolio. He is also leading engagements related to IFRS valuation services, feasibility studies, hospitality investment underwriting and commercial due diligence for sale maturity or preacquisition purposes. In the past, Chris was responsible for commercial appraisal and underwriting project engagements to investors and landlords. He was also developing benchmarking property portfolio tools for appraisal and modelling purposes. 

Chris holds an MSc in Real Estate Finance & Investment from Reading University and a BSc in Economics from University of Ioannina. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Recognized European Valuer (REV) and a member of TEGoVA.
