Panagiotis Stampoulidis is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Executive Director and Executive Member of the BoD at Growthfund – The National Fund of Greece as of February 2025. For four years (2021-2025) he served as the Executive Director at the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund and Head of the Project Preparation Facility (PPF), tasked with the preparation and tendering of projects of strategic importance with a budget of over €8 billion, predominantly funded by the Recovery and Resilience Facility of the European Commission.

He is a graduate of the Higher Technological Education Centre of Western Macedonia and holds an MBA from the University of Wales in the UK. With a successful career spanning over 20 years in administration, he is an experienced executive in running private and state-owned organizations. He has significant experience in designing and implementing development plans and in restructuring and executing public contracts. He has managed numerous technical and financial projects and has been involved in the operational restructuring of businesses and the streamlining of corporate procedures. For two years (2019-2021), he was the Secretary General for Commerce and Consumer Protection at the Ministry of Development and Investments, executing public contracts worth over €100 million and overseeing the implementation of numerous reforms in the market to enhance consumer protection.
