Grivalia Hospitality

Natalia Strafti has assumed the role of CEO at Grivalia Hospitality, effective January 1, 2025. Since July 2021, she has been the Deputy CEO, overseeing critical operations including acquisitions, development, and asset management. Natalia is a founding partner and serves on the Board of Directors of Grivalia Management Company. Her previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Grivalia Properties REIC from 2014 to 2021, following her tenure as Head of Investments and Asset Management starting in June 2008. Since 2019 she has been a member of the strategic real estate committee of one of the largest systemic financial institutions in Greece advising on real estate matters across sectors, including converting residential and REO assets from cost centers to profit centers. Natalia has directed investments in diverse commercial real estate classes, including significant redevelopment projects of modern, green-certified office buildings and luxury hospitality developments. Her extensive experience encompasses high-value asset management in Greece and Southeastern Europe, along with adeptness in contract management and negotiations with top-tier tenants, hotel operators, developers, and advisors across financial, legal, and technical fields. Natalia was instrumental in Grivalia Properties IPO and contributed to successful share capital increases and placements with prestigious international institutional investors. She has been part of Grivalia’s Sustainability Committee and is an active member of the ULI GR Sustainability Council. Natalia began her career in real estate at EFG Eurobank Group in April 2000, advancing through roles as Deputy Head of Advisory and Asset Management and as an Investment Analyst. She holds a degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science and a Diploma in Valuation and Real Estate from the Greek Institute of Valuation in partnership with the Association of Sworn Valuers.
