Sotiris has extensive and long-standing experience (over 20 years) in the real estate industry, in the fields of management and valuation, mediation for the sale / lease / development of medium and large-scale commercial properties, in the provision of corporate real estate management consulting services as well as in the observance of special liquidation procedures for companies.
He holds a Civil Engineering diploma and an MBA (with distinction) with specialization in Banking and Finance. As a full professional member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), he holds both the Chartered Valuation Surveyor and the Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor certification. He is also a certified property valuer by TEGoVA (REV).
He is a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece (T.E.E.), the Professional Chamber of Thessaloniki (E.E.T.H.), the Hellenic Valuation Institute (EL.I.E.) and the Association of Greek Valuers (A.VA.G.), in which he served as Treasurer of the Board of Directors during the period 2014 – 2016. He is registered in the Register of Certified Valuers of the Ministry of Finance with A.N. 98.
From January 2011 to the present, he holds the position of Portfolio Advisory Team Leader at ALPHA Real Estate Services S.A. (ex. ALPHA Astika Akinita S.A. – member of ALPHA Bank Group) in Thessaloniki, supervising all the services provided by an extensive team of valuers, real estate consultants and engineers, covering the geographical areas of Macedonia, Thrace, Thessaly and Epirus. In the past, he served as Deputy Manager of the Brokerage Department at ATRIA Real Estate Services S.A. (CB Richard Ellis), Real Estate Consultant at Lambert Smith Hampton Hellas S.A. and external valuer at Emporiki Real Estate S.A. and ALPHA Astika Akinita S.A.
