Kostas Pyrintsos is an Associate Director for Energy & Decarbonisation at Atria Property Services, part of the CBRE Affiliate Network. He is a Chartered Building Services Engineer and Low Carbon Consultant (CIBSE, UK), specializing in developing simple yet sophisticated decarbonisation strategies based on adaptive calculation methods of varying complexity. During his time in the UK, Kostas conceived and led the development of the Net Zero Carbon (NZC) model, which is used by the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) in Establishment Management Plans.

Kostas holds an MSc in Building Energy & Environmental Performance Modelling (Cardiff University) and a Diploma in Architectural Engineering (Aristotle University of Thessaloniki).
