With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Krysta leads the Commercial and Asset Management Directorate at OTE Estate SA, a subsidiary of the OTE Group, the largest telecommunications provider in Greece and Southeast Europe. She manages a dedicated team of 25 professionals responsible for the commercial strategy, sales, asset management, valuation, and workspace management of OTE Group’s extensive portfolio of ~ 2,300 properties across the region.

She is passionate about transforming the Group’s vacant assets into sustainable, vibrant spaces with new, purposeful uses. From identifying optimal uses and partners to guiding design and overseeing implementation, she leads this transformation end-to-end, ensuring each project delivers meaningful and lasting impact.

Her career has included valuable experience in hospitality and real estate consulting. Additionally, she serves as a Board Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Greece, where she leads the RICS Greek Sustainability Group to advance sustainability practices and innovation within the real estate sector.
